Willard Faroe Bond (1876–1968) was a prominent Mississippi educator, author, and statesman who served as the state's Superintendent of Education from 1916 to 1936. Born in Stone County, he later became the first director of the Mississippi Department of Public Welfare in 1936, retiring in 1955.
