Contains all of the maps called for in the "Directions for the Binder": 11 maps, of which 1 is folding (Delaware River, NJ, PA) and one is a large folding map (Chesapeake). Foxing and browing throughout. Several maps and the black side of the maps contain notes of Voyages along the eastern seaboard in an elegant hand, with names and dated 1820. Some long division and notes in pencil on the end papers. Some dampstaining. An interesting copy, one that has obviously been to sea many times. Good. Item #30426
