2nd edition. A Very Good copy. Publisher's green cloth with gilt title on front and rear covers. 8vo., x, 108, 13 pages in English, approx. 100 pages of the same text in Japanese, the Japanese text starting at the rear of the book and proceeding to the middle. The Japanese text lacks at least seven pages which have been removed else Very Good with the front hinge starting, some pencil scribbling on front end papers. With the October 18 - 25, 1908 ownership inscription of then Lieut., and later Admiral, H. E. Yarnell when he was in Yokohama with the famous Great White Fleet. Admiral Harry E. Yarnell had a very distinguished career which included predicting the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1932 making this an interesting association copy.
